Can You Eat Whatever You Want and Still Lose Weight?
Most people are caught up in the “weight loss trap” because they’ve been conditioned to think that to lose weight they need to go on a diet and start to exercise.
Unfortunately, this is not a sustainable process because you’re usually restricting what you eat and doing some form of exercise that you don’t enjoy. And food restrictions always lead to binge eating.
So, is there a better way?
Can you eat whatever you want and still lose weight? Are there such things as “good foods” and “bad foods?” And what are the health implications of eating whatever you want?
