In the last episode, we discussed the importance of beginning your new journey at the end. In other words, having a clear picture of the person you’re becoming so that you can start BEING that person NOW.
The idea is to grow into the person you’re becoming by practicing the daily mindset, habits, and behaviors of your Future Self. And when it comes to long-term weight loss, one of the most important habits to practice is the conscious eating habits of your Future Self.
