Do What You Love and the Results Will Follow!
Do you struggle to find the motivation to exercise? Do you dread going to the gym, or are you just bored with the whole idea of exercise?
But if exercise is meaningless to you, why even bother with it? Is it because you think you “have to,” or you “should?” Why not forget about exercise and spend your time doing something that you enjoy doing instead?
Motivation comes from doing meaningful activities. And if exercise is meaningless to you, why not find something else to do?
So, in this episode, we will explore:
- Why it helps to ask yourself often, “why am I doing this?”
- Why boredom usually mean you’re not challenging yourself.
- Why you will always get better results doing things you enjoy, rather than things you think you “should.”
- Why in order to stay motivated, exercise has to be a part of a bigger picture.
